Muskingum Community Power Project

Kanin Energy and Tallgrass have partnered to develop a clean energy project near Chandlersville, Ohio. Tallgrass owns and operates the Rockies Express pipeline which runs east/west in the American Midwest region. Through the capture of waste heat from the Chandlersville Gas Compressor Station, the Muskingum Community Power Project will use an Organic Rankine Cycle turbine to deliver reliable, carbon-free energy to the local electric utility, American Municipal Power.
